Shipping

Your order is normally processed and shipped within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Your order is shipped with PostNord or Schenker.

Your order will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. Addresses cannot be changed for purchases made with invoice or installment payment.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the address and phone number are complete and correct. Shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be reimbursed. Do not forget to include c/o if you are not registered at the address.

A fee of 180 SEK (incl. VAT) will be charged for unclaimed packages/shipments.

Delays may occur during periods of high demand, either with us or our suppliers/shipping companies, for example during holidays. No compensation is provided for delays.

Delivery notifications are usually sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Therefore, always provide your mobile phone number.

Payment

We offer payments via:

  • Klarna (Card, Bank Transfer, Invoice & Installments)
  • PayPal

Discount Codes

We occasionally offer discount codes to our customers for promotional purposes. These can be used freely with certain exceptions. For items excluded from discount codes, we reserve the right to contact the customer and potentially cancel the order or parts of the order.

Excluded items are usually specified in the product description and/or in the terms of the discount code.

Pricing

Malmö TeknikKompani AB reserves the right to cancel orders where products have been incorrectly priced due to typographical errors (however, this has never occurred).

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private customer have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. This applies provided that the product and its packaging are in unchanged condition.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost when exercising your right of withdrawal. We reserve the right to make deductions for used/opened items or to deny the return entirely if the item cannot be restored to its original condition.

When returning a product, a receipt/delivery note or a copy must be included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return is incorrect, for example if the receipt/delivery note is missing.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or insufficiently prepaid returns.

Custom-made products as well as purchases by companies and organizations are generally not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Warranty and Complaints

We strive to ensure that you feel safe when shopping with us. The warranty covers functional defects that arise during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover faults caused by modifications to the product’s function or appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading, or other configurations.

We provide a 1-year warranty on most products in our range.

Before a warranty repair or replacement can be approved, we or one of our partners must inspect the product. If the product is not found to have a warranty-related defect, but rather damage caused by misuse (including incorrect settings, negligence, etc.), we or the service center reserve the right to charge an inspection fee. Shipping costs and handling fees (minimum 99 SEK + postage) will apply.
