What is personal data and what is processing of personal data?

Personal data is any information that can be directly, or indirectly together with other data, linked to a living individual. This means that a wide range of information such as names and contact details, IP addresses, competition entries, choices made, and behaviors constitute personal data.

Processing of personal data refers to anything that is done with the personal data. 1. What personal data is collected and when is it deleted?

When you visit/use our Digital Channels or their services, or communicate with us through our Digital Channels, we may collect information about you such as name, address, postal address, email address, phone number, identification details, information about your use of our services and products, and transaction history. In some cases, personal identity numbers and card details may also be processed.

When you contact us via customer service functions in our Digital Channels, for example in connection with a complaint, your contact details and case information will be processed by us.

2. How do we collect the information?

We generally share your data in the form of name, address, and SMS and/or email with our shipping partners Posten/Schenker/DHL solely for the purpose of completing delivery to you.

We never share your data with any party that cannot be considered relevant to the service.
